2. Terms and Conditions
2.1 Price & Delivery
- Prices: All prices are advertised in Pounds Sterling (£) and include UK VAT.
- Dispatch: You will receive a notification via email once your order has been dispatched.
- Estimates: Delivery times are provided in good faith and are estimates only. Smart House is not liable for losses arising from delivery delays.
- Acceptance: Risk and title pass to the customer upon delivery. Any missing items must be reported within 48 hours.
- Non-Delivery: Notify us if not received within 7 working days of dispatch.
- Proper Use: Smart House is not liable for injury or damage resulting from product misuse.
- Faulty Goods: Damage or faults must be reported within 3 working days of receipt.
2.2 Shipping Policy
Domestic: Orders before 3:00 pm typically qualify for 2-working-day delivery. Shipping is free within Great Britain.
2.3 Cancellation & Returns
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act, you have 30 days to return goods. Items must be in original packaging and resalable condition. No re-stocking fee applies unless goods are damaged by the customer.
