Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase without giving a reason within a "cooling-off period" of 14 days from receipt. (Note: Smart House extends this to 30 days for most items).

• Your Duty: You must take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession.
• Return Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or delivered in error.
• Refunds: Processed within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.

Exceptions: Personalised goods, items made to your specifications, cannot be returned.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be settled in the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland or Northern Ireland may also use their respective local courts.
